Inspired by Soft Minimalism, the Serene Table Lamp combines ash, brass and linen to create a striking textural contrast. The warm, dimmable, diffused glow illuminates the materials and creates a calming ambiance. Designed with sustainability in mind, the lamp is easily disassembled for repair or recycling.

Elegant, Timeless, Functional

What if Sonos made lighting? This brief was to take Sonos' principles and design a portable lamp. I was inspired by the concept of surround sound speakers where this is a surround sound lamp. It is put in all corners of your tv room to create movie theatre lighting in your own home. 

For this project, we had to design a product out of cork for the Baltic Museum’s gift shop. As cork is heat resistant up to 200°c, I decided to go down the candle holder route and I designed food inspired candle holders. Here we have a slice of pizza, a piece of cheese and a croissant !
